I agree on NobelCom Based on a post I saw on this site, I began using NobelCom to call my girlfriend in Neiva. They don't have the absolutely cheapest rates, but their call quality is good(even cell phone to cell phone) and their service is convenient. I love pinless dialing. My only beef is that you sometimes have to call them to verify your online orders.

However, my uncle uses tel3.com to call his wife in Bogota and he recommends the service. They have speed dialing in addition to pinless dialing. Their rates appear to be similar to NobelCom.
