Cheap calling cards

Does anybody know of some cheap calling cards that I can purchase online that give alot of minutes without connection fees that are cheap to call to Cali, Colombia? I am using "Superclean" that gives me 2 hours and ten minutes for 5 dollars. I purchase them on IDT.com. Any help will be appreciated.
