Chavez seeks alliance.

CARACAS- President Hugo Chavez on Sunday urged Nicaragua, Bolivia and Cuba to form an "anti-imperialist" military alliance to defend Latin America from possible attacks by the U.S.

Anyway we will see more cooperation among southamerican countries in the near future. It´s not just Chavez, Argentina and (to a lesser extent) brasil are also joining in. This will make the continent less dependent on US dominated international institutions like the IMF and the WTO.

A good thing for the people of Southamerica.
