Charity Event in Bogotá

We are proud to announce our involvement with a charity meal aimed at providing money for an animal charity.
Specifically, the money is to help them to be connected to the mains electricity so they can further their efforts to help Bogota's many needy animals.

The event is on the 5th of December, between 11am and 4pm in Chía, (just outside Bogotá).

Tickets are priced at $12.000 pesos and include a Christmas meal (transport there and back not included).

Estamos orgullosos de anunciar que estamos ayudando con un almuerzo de caridad a favor de una fundación sin ánimo de lucro que cuida animales sin hogar. Los fondos serán utilizados para financiar la instalación de energía eléctrica al albergue y así poder continuar ayudando a nuestros animales.

El evento es el 5 de Diciembre, entre las 11:00 a.m. y 4 p.m. en Chía, a las afueras de Bogotá.

Shame you can't do one in Medellin too - I know people who I'm sure would be interested in coming. Sorry too you didn't get many responses - it may be that here animals are not such a high priority.

The problem is some of us are not there but that date, what you should do is if somebody can't make it they can donate the money to such and such place. I will be happy to donate money but unfortunatly I am not in Colombia on 5th. I LOVE ANIMALS

Thank you Kat The thing is that I would feel a bit cheeky by 'taking' the donation and not giving them what they're entitled to. We love animals too, we have to rescued Cats :)
Maybe if you come to Bogotá later on, I could give you the address of the shelter and you could check it out.
