I am happy with Movistar's new prepago plan:

- 485 pesos IVA to any phone (Movistar / Comcel / Tigo / fijos)
- add up to 10 favourite numbers for 199 pesos IVA per minute
- 79 pesos IVA from the 3rd minute onwards of any and every call
- For a 50k recharge you get a 50k or 60k bonus.. so the above prices are effectively halved.

For the actual phone, will cost anything from 50k and up (including SIM card and some initial minutes). Depends what features you can't live without.
