Cell-phone in Colombia

Saturday next week I´ll go to Colombia for my second visit there - I can´t wait!!! I´ll be there one month. I´ve been thinking of to have a personal cell-phone there - well, my swedish one should definitaly not work there (it doesn´t have tripple-band). But maybe I better should buy one there (unlocked) with phonecard. Useless in Sweden but good to have when I´m going back to Colombia. Is this a good option? How much does a unlocked cell-phone (+phone-card) generally cost in Colombia? Any advices appriciated. Thanks in advance.
