cedula office

i have all my papers in proper order for my cedula. my question is where is the office located and if there is more than one which is closer to poblado?

Yes.........Robi...........back safe and sound........I suppose it's okay to hijack Bert's thread.......he has the answer he needs.....

I took a wrong turn coming back and ended up in Bucaramanga.........then spent one hour trying to find my way out of it.............added hours to the journey..........took 12 hours from Aguachica........ass was sore......dog was pissed.............

Stopped by your finca before leaving..........beautiful place........fantastic location..........I took a few pictures.........
