Cedula Number

I was wondering if anyone knew how to find someone in Colombia if I have their Cedula number? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I guess I should also mention that I have their name as well. I guess if she got married it would have changed a bit.

It would take more than that. that link is to find out whether your new cedula is ready for pick up.

With the cedula number you might find out if the owner has any "comparendos" or trafict tickets, then if she/he owns a car with the plate number you could find out some more.

Here is a website that might help

If she signed up for next election vote, with the cedula number you might get an idea of what part of Colombia she lives

Consulte su lugar de votación:

I thought if I knew the number there was a site I could go to and see if they have voted. Do either of you know of such a site? Also, I don't speak Spanish so specific directions would be helpful if you know them. Thank you to all for your help. I just got the name and cedula number of my birth mother and am beginning the search. I guess this may be a good place to ask if anyone knows how to begin such a search?

If you don´t mind throwing some money at the problem get a private detective...

They´re all ex-DAS have contacts all over the place and with the information you have ie Cedula and name they´ll get you copies of her DAS file, bank account info, mobile phone accounts whatever you need.

Mind you you pay for it...

Data security in Colombia you´ve got to love it.
