Catering in Colombia.

Hey people.

I just got a quick question. I am looking for a catering company/person to prepare a Lasagna for a very special event to feed about 70 attendees around mid december. (Did not want to go with the typical Lechona since it is kind of boring already)

Do you guys know where I will be able to find more information about this topic? or a person/company that I may be able to contact?

Thank you in advance.

What city?

I don't have any specific ideas but my suggestion is if you have found a restaurant (or two) that already serves a lasagna that you like, approach them about doing the catering for you.

You can always go with Paella

Let your fingers do the walking in the yellow pages under "Resturantes Paella"

All you have to do is go to www.paginasamarillas.com and write BANQUETEROS under ¿Qué busca?, filter your city and departamento and you're all set.
