caterer in Bogota

I am throwing a party on Friday (yes Mark, you're invited) and I'm looking for a caterer to do some snacks for a bunch of drunks.

Any suggestions?

Try the yellow pages under banqueteros or banquetes. You can also find a list here http://www.paginasamarillas.com/pagamanet/web/companyCategory.aspx?ipa... los estados&idi=1&txb=banqueteros&nci=bogota

Try calling 481-6171 Productos Mua and tell them I sent you. They may not be able to help as they are very busy this week

fillet of salmon...chopped bite size...350g's serves 2.....tossed in a couple of teaspoons of garam masala and same amount of olive oil, season with seasalt, and grill.

A couple of teaspoons of natural yogurt, mixed with about 4cm of finely diced cucumber and 3-4 leaves of mint....the dip....serve with lime wedges.

PS......you need to skewer the chicken strips.....see post above!

Exito has garam masala, I'm pretty sure.

garam masala, I brought from england, so haven't had to search for but you could try, there's a market on calle 19 with about Kr 30ish, a big market ...meat....veg...flowers, I've bought other herbs and spices from there before, failing that try an indian restuarant, they'll give you a couple of spoons full.

Sea salt...care4
