Fredi Eduardo Goyeneche Gonzalez teaches as Professor of Economics and Economic History at Universidad de Cartagena. He is director of the "Centro de Observación Social y Seguimiento del Delito en el Distrito de Cartagena (COSED)" and in charge or local statistics on violence.
