In all fairness, Mongo, the club decor is cool, the sound systems rocks, music is good, but the cover is even higher than Mr Babillas at 10 mil......the vendors dont bother me at all......i know that they are simply trying to earn a living in a city where it sucks to be broke.......El Laguito has street and beach hookers working all during the day in front of almost all of the apartments, so they are kind of hard to miss....the same with the sex tourists who stay there.....however, EL is quite small in size....in fact, several of night hookers even stay at the Torres del Lago...they come out during the day to eat at Riquissimos......

Bullshit has been called. Total fabrication. How many apartment buildings are there in Lagutio, 30? So at any point in time during the day there are hookers in front of 25 of those buildings? And hookers staying at Torres Del Lago? Doubtful. Those are high end apartments. The hookers who actually live in Laguito are going to be living in the lower end buidlings like Conquistador, etc. Unless you meant as overnight guests of the sex tourists, that I would believe.
Anyway, keep up the negativity my friend. Maybe you and Mongo and Aaron can get together and just entertain each other bitching about things all day....

btw, some of those hookers make $$$$ every week, and to rent out an apt in your cherished high end apt complex between 4 hookers or so it easy to do.....lots of abesentee owners in that building and rental properties...stick around, and i can school you for free.......

you conveniently never addressed my point about confirming my posts of Utopia being Empty Empty Empty until all the other clubs are closed...? interesting......and in the original post, i was posting in general about the reasons why many clubs in cartagena fail......was not directing my comments to Bradski at all......i did however, post comments about him not paying some of his employees on time.....i went with two of the employees to pick up their salary, and they were told to come back later.....again........i said that is a sign that the club is not doing well and is cash-short....all well known information to people who are not clueless....

your assumptions display your ignorance....i am free to basically do whatever i feel like here in Cartagena....if i choose to party like a rockstar i can....if i dont want to, i dont.....has nothing to do with being able to hang......i am not a casual visitor to Cartagena....i live here and work here....do you hang out with the kiddies listening to electronica til 8am in the morning where you live in the US? i certainly hope not..i guess you found paradise here in Colombia......

and i never claimed to be an expert here on allthings in Cartagena...but i do have eyes, and i post what i see.....nothing more, nothing less......

And Mongo, let's analyze this. You say I was negative in my original post? I reported on three distinct topics. Topic 1 was me and my novia going to a club, getting in free, dancing with a packed house to good music, and not overpaying for drinks. So that was a positive. Topic 2 had me writing about the vendors that everyone exaggerates about, not being bothered by them at all. So that was a positive.
Topic 3 was about underage prostitutes. Definately a negative.
So, overall, a logical person would say you're grasping at straws that my report was negative.
But this is a dead horse.
