I did get 2160 today from my plus ATM Card...Dollars in Medellin from Colapitra..
Capital one of course..No ATM Fee plus no percentage fees.

Vic when I see cash advance I always assume credit card...I even received a higher rate today 2171....on the Plus ATM Card....

Would it be better if you convert your Canadian Dollars to US Dollars then do the conversion to Pesos...I was just thinking of that...
