yes you can use any one of them ,a lot of house phones here will not call out side Colombia ,check your one can....

005 is orbitel
007 is ETB
009 IS TELECOM

FOR THE operador of any just 05,07,or 09.

if you do find you are at a phone that does not phone out of Colombia ,you can buy a phone card ,etb do a good one ,5 ,10 15 20000,
then you can call from any where ,always good to carry one any way......
