CALLING SERVICES TO COLOMBIA

Hello
I just signed up for crossfone unlimited service to Colombia and I did not know that it did not include cell phones in Colombia. I was hoping if anyone know of a service like this that includes cell phones??

Many companies provide "unlimited" phone calls to land lines to many countries, but as far as I know only USA and Canada include mobile phones.
