Someone might have some useful info about this matter. My friend has a Yamaha scooter. Seems like in the past with registration and insurance, it ran between $500-$700 a yr. She says that they have a new law. They say that all scooters, 2yrs old, & older, have to have a check-up. some kind of SOAT, taxes, and the insurance. Seems like 1,988,750 cop, total is a little high. Anyone knowledgeable have any comments. Thanks
