the nature of the beast, people change their minds, four rooms are spoken for until late dec, however my remaining room after the 24th sept is up for grabs. Out of sight is out of mind so I need to keep reminding folk, I cater normally for long term stayers and sometimes if they find work and 3 or 6 month work contracts and therefore friends I know its cheaper for them to club together and find a place of their own. Its a fluid business here so I'm covering all angles.Better to turn people away if I'm full than to have empty rooms, gotta pay the bills ha.
