Cali Health Spa Recommendations?

Hello all. I'm looking for recommendations for a Health Spa in or near Cali which specializes in Nutrition and Weight Management. This is for my parents who are in their mid-60s and will be going to Cali this summer. Would prefer a facility with a pool and massage therapy.

I would recommend the Hotel Intercontinental. You can stay there and most services are free, or join by the month.
