You can try Spirit air out of Reagan National (They are real cheap but I havn't used them) Since its not an International you would need to stop over in either Miami or Dallas, atleast that is where I end up.

I prefer to fly international out of Dulles if I'm going to Latin America though so I can just do my immigration stuff here...its way easier than Miami or Texas.
