buying property

I have been to colombia twice cartagena in 2005 and just spent a month in medellin I am thinking about peredia or manizales tolook for good deals on property if anyone knows of any real estate agencies please let me know thanks i was in jardine outside of medellin some real funky casas seem reasonable
