Hi, anyone can advise me where or which shops to purchase good hiking or camping equipments in Bogota, like good shoes or boots, rain coat, tent, etc. Thanks.

There's a corner Somewhere along the Transmilenio route where I saw a cluster of several stores that seemed to have outdoor gear. Ugh but for the life of me I cannot remember what the intersection was.
I did find this website tho:
SomosAventureros.com/Tienda
It's in Bogota and the address is here:
Dirección Carrera 28 No. 42 - 50
Barrio La soledad ver mapa ›
Ciudad Bogotá - Colombia
Horario de Atención Lunes a Viernes
8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.

There's a map too on the webpage too, looks like it is by La Nacional:

Try Mercadolibre.com, Colombia's Equivelent of eBay They are rather light on items but still the prices may be better then what you find in a store in Colombia. Most of the seller's sites advertise a Bogota address. Once on the Col Mercado libre.com website, go to "Deportes&Fitness" and you will Camping and Deportes Extremos categories and there you will see some of the Camping related items. I don't see a lot of brands I recognize or use(LL Bean, northface, timberland, Coleman ect)You may want to box and ship your items ahead of you as even with the shipping costs, you may be well ahead of the Game price wise and quality wise.Or pay a Penalty to bring it with you on the Airline as an extra checked in bag or box. If I couldn't vouch for the quality of an unknown brand along with paying a premium price, thats what I would do,,,

You will find more here. I don't know how uptated it is but with the two stores above I belive you will find what you want.
There are two cafe and creepes locations, they are not stores but are designed with hikers in mind. You can pass and check their bulletin boards and publications they migh had.
There is also La Gran Pared on Carrera 7 # 50 - 02, if you play good table tennis then you might chalange Ryan
