If you are in Medellín, you'll find them in most shopping centers and they have their own store on Calle 30, close to the Exposiciones metro station. As for size conversions, the number refers to the number of centimeters to go around your body starting at the center of you chest beneath the breasts and the letter refers to the cup size. Hostal, that's funny that you mention that everyone is a B cup!! You are absolutely correct! They have implants that are huge and yet they claim to be a B cup! I don't know what the conversion is but it's different the way they size bras over there, compared to here. Good luck!

I bought a Victoria Secret swimsuit online! It fit correctly for a GF that I knew online in the Philippines before meeting her. She was BIGGER than C, so they did not have the correct sized swimsuits for her, even though they made the suit in the Philippines.

Get a measurement following the directions online and you will do fine!

If she is in Colombia, you do not need to buying her Victoria Secret lingerie! It is better in Colombia! Just get their body lotion!

I am a gringa living in Cartagena. I bought most of my bras from Victoria secret or department stores and planned on just buying my bras in the states when I visited. I have this lady who comes and does my nails on Sundays and she also sells things from a catalog. I was not interested at all in her catalog but she kept pushing and pushing so I said fine I am such and such size and she brought me three bras. They fit me better then any bra I have ever owned! I love them. They are really really nice. I don´t know how much they cost. My husband took care of paying and I didn´t think to ask, but whatever the cost they are amazing. The tag says L (in a circle) Leonisa Si es mujer Latina and I looked there are US sizes listed on the tag as well. Justed wanted to share my Colombia bra story :)

Ha Ha. This reminds me of a silly girlfriend I had years ago. Let's just say that the girl was "blessed". I got dragged to the mall with her one time to go shopping and she went into a department store to look for bras.

She insisted that she was a 32 D, but she was busting out of those bras. I told her try a bigger size and cup, but she thought that it was embarrassing for her to buy a larger size and refused. I suppose the fact that her boobs looked like they would spill out of her bra wasn't embarrassing, not to mention uncomfortable. Sadly, she was a bit psycho and liked to argue, so I had to let her go despite her blessings ;)

Back on topic, Leonisa is good. Besame is another brand to check out. The sizes seem to be comparable. I've bought my wife lingerie in the US using the same size she wears in Colombia and they fit well.

Sizes can be very difficult to judge. I know many girls who think they know what size is best and they stick out or flop in. Its just not healthy. Best to have someone with first "hand" experience with you in the dressing room. What day are you thinking of going? I'm sure I can make my schedule to fit yours.
