Buying artisan products - selling in USA.

What authentic, Colombian artisan products are of most sale value in the United States? Ebay!

Is there anybody on this forum with experience in this - either through Ebay or through suppliers/vendors. The Artisan Expo has arrived to Bogota, and as I am going home for Christmas (California) and will be returning in January, I have absolutely no luggage to carry. I could bring by a great variety of stuff to sell or gift. Which items have the most value? Is there anyone here looking to make purchases here and have them arrive safely, and at low cost in the USA - this month? I would like to make good use of my bags - which are empty!

I have a friend in Cali who sells indigenous.... baksets and such in the US, but the high quality hard sided ones, not the cheap straw stuff. The key is that she sells them to art galleries and high end retailers as works of art instead of commodities, so she gets top dollar for them.
