Buying an Apartment

I am a US citizen.... How do I buy an apartment in Bogota. Can someone refer an agent that would provide and finish all the paperwork? Can this be done?

I did hire a local lawyer who spoke English who helped me and made sure everything was filed in the proper place, etc. so I had proper title. I then purchased homeowner's insurance. I would recommend that you hire a lawyer. I paid my lawyer $300 for a lot of work so lawyers in Colombia are very reasonable as compared to lawyers in the US.
