Being in a wheelchair my mobility is limited. I am thinking of buying a car in Miami set-up with hand controls for use here in Rodadero. The car would be new with a clear title/no lien. What would the procedure be for importing and license here in Santa Marta. Does anyone know the tarrif costs? What the cost of full coverage insurance is here? Is Florida driver license good here?.........thank you

Mini isn't in Colombia yet. (They are in Venezuela but their prices are dear) I have designed my own mini and the freight company are going to fly it from the miami show room to Bogotá. What kind of problems should I expect to run into??
