buying a cell phone from mexico in Bogota
do you guys know by any chance if I can "buy" a cell phone in Bogotá from Mexico?
A cell phone would be a birthday present for a very special person for me... but I'd like to know if any of you has any idea on how I can get this cell phone to be delivered to this person. Or if you know a better way to do it.
