business plan for Colombia

I need some info, I'm writting a busness plan for a manufacturing facility in Colombia. I'm trying to understand labor costs
I have 18 paid holidays 13 reg. and 5 catholic
15 days paid vacation
30 days per year bonus
payroll fees totaling 9% of gross payroll
work week 48 hours over 6 days
What I don't understand are SGP, SGSSS, SGRP

Also I need a source of information showing the safety of investing in Colombia ( I know, I know don't laugh at that one.)

Investing in Colombia is no problem, it`s not too difficult to create a company. Justice sistem is working. I demand a client for not paying end of may and I think in 10 days I will have my money.

when you pay a salary of 1.000.000 it costs the employee aroung 1.600.000 with all included.

riesgos profesionales depends on what type of risk the worker is qualified. In our company for a office job its risk 1 that`s 0,522% of the salary.
