Primer Festival Vallenato en Bucaramanga

El evento fue realizado en el nor oriente colombiano, y se desarrolló bajo un contexto académico que abriera las puertas para nuevos talentos del acordeón.
El festival es parte del programa de Promoción, Divulgación y Fomento Artístico de la ciudad, es promovido por el Instituto Municipal de Cultura y Turismo, el Consejo de Juventud y el Consejo de Cultura.
La cita estuvo bastante concurrida y se planea hacer la convocatoria anualmente para mantener el interés cultural de los jóvenes en la música vallenata.

I did not realize that this event has been celebrated already, when I read it I thought it was going be on the 23rd of April but I actually the 23rd of April was the day I visited the page.
