Bucamanga Hotel

Can someone recommend a hotel in a nice sector for a few days next month. I think 125.000 to 175.000 copa would be about the right price. Away from noise street would be ideal. Thanks.

The others listed on the guide are all low end.

Can someone recommend a mid range place in the 125 to 175 K range. thanks.

I almost had to get off a stray plane in Bucaramanga.
Hey Vic, why have you not yet helped this pretty young lady with some (SOLID) advice, yet?

Where do we go from here?

Do you need an escort?
You didn't tell us (nor, do you have to) why you are going to Bucaramanga.
It looks a lil short of info on the internet.
I think the hotel industry could do a lot better, to make it alot easier on all of us.
To find their real true websites is always a pain, because of all the damn travel agents/industry bs on the internet who want to try and get a cut of the business, so the websites for the hotels are always a lil hard to find in the maze...

SanDiegoSurf says on Aug 18, 2007, 19:30:

Well if you have to know, I am going there to look for a boyfriend.

No just kidding jaja.. I am trying to find clients for my beauty supply business, and this is one of several stops in latam.

As far a an escort, hey like I said with my tight budget on the hotel how can I afford to pay for a guy too. Plus I thought escorts were only for men !

I would rather call the hotel directly, I will see if I can find some of the websites. thanks.

goin_south says on Aug 18, 2007, 19:51:

(we/I didn't have to know), but now that we do...
Are you going to tell us the name of your beauty supply business?
(You might be able to expand your business here on Pbh...people always looking for a way to tax-deduct their trip to Colombia)
You're going to an 'Off-the-Beaten-Path' place like Bucaramanga,... for that?

Mi Carina....it's 2007; Equal affairs for all, as far as the escorts go. and, even more, if you're a woman (and, you obviously R!) Well, but I guess that curve drops off, as you are goin_south...jejj

one of several stops?
what others of interest?

hey hotel ruitoque is nice and is downtown pretty safe during the day...... at night I would advise against walking around as a couple of blocks away you have the night hookers and transvestites prowling around .......hotel chicamocha is just a bit east of ruitoque (about 25 blocks) and is also very nice ....walking around at night shouldn't be a problem...its next to about 15 discos with a lot of security guys watching the street ...good area if you like to go out at night and looking for a boyfriend ;)

Hello Vicshere,

I found the two places you recommended:

http://www.solarhoteles.com/website/chicamocha/
http://www.hotelruitoque.com/servicios.htm

It looks like chicamocha is not too expensive, and I am waiting for an email quote from ruitoque. Have you stayed at these or did you just hear about them from a friend ?

Oh the working girls and boys are some of my best customers so I'm not worried about that. Is the traffic bad downtown though, I would prefer something tranquilo so I can sleep in in the morning.

you silly little duck !

vicshere says on Aug 20, 2007, 12:31:

well I pass in front of them almost every day on the way to work...but never have been inside of either ...they both look ok from the outside.....Chicamocha looks more like an American style hotel.....you don't have to worry too much about traffic noise at night...the big problem is cheap ass windows in all hotels and then around midnight the parties break out with loud very loud music and then you wouldn't get any sleep....SAN these working girls and boys aren't into cosmetics I am afraid to say...they turn those famous 5,000 tricks ....and man they are ugly....and definitely could use some makeup but good luck
