Brother of FARC Leader to lead effort to free hostages

Interesting interview with the brother of Alfonso Cano the political ideologue of the FARC. A former member of the UP he was selected by the Mayor of Bogota to lead an effort to free hostages held by the FARC.

... Yes, I read the article yesterday and found it very interesting and insightful, because it shows that being the brother of a guerrilla, as well as a former member of the destroyed UP, doesn't prevent the guy from reaching reasonable and constructive conclusions about the conflict and about what he can do for the country and the families of those kidnapped by his brother's organization, instead of simply reveling in sadness, anger or vengeance (as other people do).
