Lowell says on Sep 28, 2005, 04:09: shipping goods My wife and I just finished shipping personal goods from Panama to Colombia, via Avianca Deprisa. Being that my wife is from Colombia and was out of Colombia for more that 2 years, we were able to ship all the goods tax free, except for a few power tools. Your allowed just about one of everthing. IE: T.V., washing machine..... Alfred E. Newman. "What. Me Worry?" 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

ColombiaBoard says on Sep 28, 2005, 07:25: Container There´s a import duty exemption for colombians who live abroad for more than...I think it´s just one year. She should ask at the colombian consulate / embassy. She can bring one household item (one tv, one sofa, one....). I´ve heard some people have brought their car....
