July 17 (Bloomberg) -- Brazil and Colombia plan to sign a defense accord to share military information, promote the sale of weapons and conduct more joint training exercises, a Colombian diplomat taking part in the negotiations said.

Tinto (Moderator) says on Jul 18, 2008, 10:07: Let's see, arrangements are in place with the USA, the UK, Brazil and next should be Spain. Those are probably the top four consumers of cocaine (total consumption and/or per capita) and Colombia is probably number five. That's what I call an integrated supply chain and a never-ending war on drugs. I need to invest in bullets and speed boat motors.
