I just cant remember the exact price, sorry. but get ready for a long ride. might be cool if you have the time and like the bussing idea. or check out aerogals prices. or aviatur travel agent, pretty reasonble.

It's a really long trip though, you might want to plan a stop for a day or two in Cali or somewhere else on the way.

Price is about right-though you might do better at the Bogotá terminal. Amigo, it's a long ride say about 30 hours. Bring a jacket and maybe some ear plugs so you don't have to listen to a Mexican movie at full volume.

On some bus lines you might have to get off at Ipiales and re board at Tulcán just across the frontier in Ecuador.

It will be cheaper if you break up the trip and cross the border on your own.

durito is spot on. Skip the international busses. Take a Bolivariano to Ipiales (18 hours, 70mil). Taxi across the border, taxi into Tulcan, bus to Quito (5 hours, 5 US$)
Spending a night in Cali is another good idea to break up the trip. I have done it several times in go.
Another trick is to fly to Pasto, taxi to border, bus into Quito. I have done this as well. Left at 7am and got into Quito at 5:30 pm.
good luck

What I have, I do not want to lose, but Where I am I do not want to stay, but those I love, I do not want to leave, but those I know I no longer want to see, but Where I die, I do not want to go;I want to stay where I have never been
