Bogota Pico & Placa

hey can any of you guys explain to me how the pico y placa works in Bogotá....I need to travel there and don't want to get caught without driving around...

Easy License plates ending in
5,6,7,8 are restricted on monday
9,0,1,2 are restricted on tuesday
3,4,5,6 are restricted on wednesday
7,8,9,0 are restricted on thursday
1,2,3,4 are restricted on friday

Restriction hours are 6-9 am AND 4-7 pm.

Day assignments change every year (I believe in July).
