I've never liked Bogota much anyway. Give me Medellin or the coast, and I'm a happy man.
Canadian cities fair well, to add to the other thread about how it is 'better' than Colombia (which it isn't necessarily).
That being said, I'd still rather live in Buenos Aires or London than most of the top 10 on that list.
