Bogota Airport Tax

Hi all. this is my first post, but certainly not my lat as I'll be in Columbia for 11 weeks starting Jan. 27, '05.
#1 Is there a steep airport tax? My itinerary lists 8,200 yen (I'm in Tokyo), which is roughly 75 USD.

#2 A few days ago a happened upon an excellent and very active forum for Cartagena but I forgot to bookmark it and can't for the life of me find it now. Any ideas?

OK I'll pay. I'm going to take a quick trip up to Nicaragua for business during that time but I won't have any proof of that till after I arrive because I'm going to buy that ticket in Columbia.
