Bogota & Medellin for single man

I am having trouble deciding which city to stay longer. People who have experienced both cities, which do you prefer? If you had a month, would you split time evenly between both? I would enjoy the climate of Medellin better but Bogota has bigger, better nightlife I have read. I am a single guy most interested in meeting friends and nice women to hang out with (not hookers), party, dance. Can anyone share their opinion about the two cities? Generally, which city's people, especially women, are nicer, friendlier? Thanks.
