Bogota - Looking for Quaint - Reasobably Priced Zona Rosa Hotel / or Apartment

I am looking for a small, quaint, and clean hotel in the Zona Rosa area or alernate area of Bogota in the cost range of $40 to $70 per night.

Also, I would be interested in renting a a fully furnished equipped apartment in the same cost range from December 30 to approximately January 7.

Located right off of Calle 84. 3-4 safe walking blocks from all the bars (Bogota Beer Co.) and discotecas (Mr. Babillas). Within 1 block of ATMs and 2 blocks from a 24 hr supermarket.

Room safe and internet access available. 24 hr security in premises.

Hotel Chile Inn in Calle 74 con 15. Great Hotel and 95,000 pesos including bkfst. Is 10 to 15 minute walk from Zona Rosa. I have checked out the above place to. The hotel is nicer, but the aptmts are closer.
