Best "Casa de Cambio" with best exchange rate for dollars to colombian pesos in Bogota?

I will be traveling to Bogota over the weekend and I have some dollars that I need to sell in exchange for colombian pesos. What place can anyone recommend that are honest and offers the best exchange rate. In advance thanks for your help!

The ATM is probably the best rate, and the easiest. But, make sure you notify your card provider that you will be in Colombia, otherwise you may be denied.

American Express is accepted at BanColombia.

But, use caution. The ATMs inside the bank are probably the safest.

Avoid money changers on the street, of course. And, counterfeits are a big problem in many parts of South America.
