She complains to her friends how she meets Germans, Frenchmen etc... but has a problem meeting Colombian guys. It's not like she just came here and is 24. She is pretty assimilated. Bamapits Thanks for the compliment. Not only is she incredibly gorgeous, but she is very intelligent and very sweet and loving. She comes from a very small town and lives with her incredibly strict and protective parents. Consequently, she is a really sweet and decent girl. I went through a lot of good and bad Colombian women until I found her. We will be having a civil wedding in May and a big church ceremony in February after she finishes university at the end of this year.

As far as "breaking bread", she has never allowed me to give her money even when I have offered. I buy her gifts occasionally, but nothing major and she doesn't ask for a thing.

I am 100% Colombian, 6' 2" tall and very fit so women down there love me as the average Colombian guy tends to be short and scrawny. Also, she is 30 and I am 37 so that makes for a perfect age difference.

All the girls I have gone out with here and in Colombia are beautiful. As Gator says in his sig, "Life is too short to dance with ugly women.

That is TOO funny! Actually, it sounds like there is a lot of truth with the cheap pic frames and on about the outlet stores! I mentioned to one woman in Medellin that there was an outlet mall within a few miles of my house and her eyes lit up like I had just given her the winning lotto numbers! He started making crap like Swept Away to put his hag in. It's a real shame. His movies used to be very funny and entertaining.
