Bill I live here and Real Estate has leveled off here and is making a slight comeback. Most realtor with prime locations would rather sit on their hands and leave their places empty rather than sell for less their asking price. Also depends where you are talking about.. South Point Towers and The Setai still START at 1,000,000 usd for a 2 bedroom. Where are YOU talking about?
