I am helping my friend down in Medellin rent out his 4 bedroom0 2 FLOOR-DUPLEX Penthouse in Poblado. The apartment is gorgeous and newly renovated on the top floor of the building. It was designed by a well known architect in Medellin and is a very modern style apartment. It is in a gated community of apartments about 5 minute walk from Parque lleras. It is right next to the Carullo Supermarket in one of the most expensive areas in medellin close to the best shopping and nightlife.

The apartment itself is very large. It has one master bedroom, and 2 nice sized bedrooms upstairs, and a smaller bedroom downstairs. It has 4 bathrooms, and an enormous terrace with a spectacular view of the city. it also has a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils needed to feel right at home. There is also a large dining room so you can entertain guests and have beautiful dinner parties. It is fully equipped with high speed internet, entertainment system and even has a VOIP phone so you can make calls to the United States for free and receive calls on a US land line number.

The apartment includes a pick up from the airport if needed in a beautiful antique classic automobile and includes maid service
