Bars in Bogotá

Last Thursday I went to a place call Lunabar, in Bogota, on 116 abajo de la 15.

Thursday nights they have something call "solos y solas", once you get there you get a paper heart red - if you are with someone, yellow if you are shy and green if you really want to meet someone.

This is not a fancy place but I had a very good time because most of the people there are just trying to have a good time and make more friends, specially women are not looking for a man to get out of the country (like Mr. Babilla), and there are not many foreigners either. I thought guys could be interested about it.

Mr. Babillas in Zona Rosa has apparently closed down for good. Supposedly was purchased by the mall that is going up next door. Last Saturday was the final night. A sad day for many a gringo.
