Barrio Cevillar, Barranquilla?

Anyone have first-hand information on Barrio Cevillar in Barranquilla. What strata? What are the residents like?

How safe would it be for an obvious gringo to visit?

It's around Strata 2 and would be OK for you to visit maybe 1 time during the day and not have any problems. If you look like a gringo and live there eventually something would happen. The residents are mostly poor but happy :)

Thanks Brian. I'll check it out during the day, first.
