Barranquilla Festiva: URGENT PLS!

Hello, is there a significant difference between the last week of Jan vs first week of Feb in terms of going out and places being full and night clubs being open? What are other cons and pros - money - cost - getting a hotel - hotels sold out - anything else ?

The flights are really limited, so we really appreciate if could get responses soon. Many thanks in advance.

looks like we have a conflict for the dates in February. Will the nightlife be busier than usual the dates of Jan 17-22? That includes Sunday and Monday nights. The Enero events, do those turn into night time?
