Barranquilla carnaval

Where do you buy the three day tickets? How much are they and what do the poor people who can't afford them do?

Thanks.

You can buy them on the streets, outside the gates into the parade. You can buy good seats in a stand , or a general entry, where you stand with the masses. If you want a specific seat you need to buy before hand at one of the vendor places - your hotel will be able to tell you where.

Have been twice - first time I ordered a special seat in a palaca the day before - no problems buying. The second time (last year). I bought out the front of the entrance gates on the day. Paid 240 mil think for the three days.

Investment Strategy - buying when others are crying!! Offloading when others are gloating!!!
