Bad News if True for Apartment Development in Cartagena.....

I had dinner with a Colombian friend who is in the Real Estate and Apartment Rental business in El Laguito, Castillogrande, and Bocagrande.....She informed me that the Developer of 3 high-rise Apartment projects currently under construction in these areas has "vanished" amid some type of controversy.....She did not name the projects, the developer, nor the controversy.....i hope that it is not true, as that may not bode well for the people who plunked down the money for apartments....what a frickin headache that would be.......This is not offered as fact, but i thought others may have heard something similar?? Anyone???

A lot of these so called "Trump" projects are not really his, he gets a fee for them using his name, but he has no manegerial/equity positions in them.

If they are talking about a Ctg/Baq highway, then that must be well outside of the Ctg proper, past La Boquilla area....once you hit Crespo-LaBoquilla there is no room to put a highway.....imho......anyone know if they started on the Trump Dump in Ctg? and where it is located?
