Autenticar O Notarizar?

Hello Lily, I am glad you are confused and that's you living there in Colombia. I am Colombian and live in the UK, I will be going to Manizales next January for 6 months and would like to send my menaje to there. I was told in the Colombian embasy here that the Dian could give me info about free duty taxes for menaje and what items I am allow to take.
Well have tried to phone the Dian in Bogota with no answer, I have sent emails and all I have received is we are dealing with you query but no answer in one month. I don't know what to do either, so if you find out please do let me know I will apreciate it.

I read from your records that you would like to go to California, well I went to San Francisco and loved it, so much that I would love to live there. You must go, there are so many things to do that what you need is time.

Good luck,

Olga

Hola Lily03. Suerte a tu amigo.
