As of March 16th or so I will be offering rooms to rent with a private bathroom

This is my first post here on PBH and I hope I'm not going to be breaking the rules.
If I am breaking the rules, then I'm sure that my post will be taken down and I'll find out how to "legally"post my rooms for rent. Mid March I will have a five bedroom 5 bath penthouse apartment
in Medellin colombia and I'll will be offering rooms to rent for short term at 50 dollars per day which will include maid service and breakfast, vonage phone, high speed internet.
If the stay is longer than two weeks, I'm willing to negotiate the rate. This will be a very comfortable situation for whomsoever decides to take advantage of it. Everything will be within walking distance of the apartment which is two levels. The apartment is situated in a very safe area with a gym across the street and several grocery stores to walk to and a Juan Valdez coffee shop located on the other corner. I am American but speak fluent Spanish and therefore can assist you with any needs such as cell phone while you are there, help with getting access to your money through the atms, finding properties to buy, and many other services that will make your stay enjoyable and hassle free. You can learn from my month of complete exploration and I will be able to guide you to the exact activities that you may be looking for while you are in Medellin. Unfortunately I am not in Colombia. I spent time in Villavicencio though and that area.

If the housing market is the same in Naples as it is up here in the panhandle, my sympathies. Good luck on the rentals.

juli - equal opportunity questions you pose - interesting thoughts. you should try to develop that market for extranjeras/gringas. you could be the demi moore agency of Colombia.

men are motivated to take action due to their testoserine levels. women might need a little help - that is where you come in. i bet there are alot of older women in the usa and elsewhere around the globe that are not getting enough "luvin". you can show them how to come down and find their "prepago boys".

just a thought.......

* i've seen alot of little tourist girls in costa rica and guatemala in the past looking for local boys to exploit. why not here?
