Armenia Quindio Colombia

Hello,
I am writing to this site as I have in the past from the U.S.A. . The reason that I am writing is to locate a very good friend of mine named Gloria Patricia Montoya of Armenia Quindio Colombia
I have received several comments in the past on this site as to why I would still look for her and not someone else. The situation is that Gloria and I were good friends and I last heard from her in late 1998. Unfortunately I lost all of my contacts with Gloria in a binder / folder and was unable to get in touch with her and it probably appeared as though I did not want to keep in touch with her or her daughter Liel. Not long thereafter the earthquake hit Armenia and I have not heard from her to this day. I checked all records from the earthquake but did not see her or her daughter Liel's name on any of them.
My main goal is to get in touch with Gloria and her daughter to let them know that I do care and to explain the situation. Please if anyone lives in Armenia please ask around to see if anyone might know them. Gloria is now approx. 33 and her daughter Liel 14. Please let them know. My address is TDCrowson at yahoo.com
